Deeds and Documents
Starting June 2025, you can electronically submit for recording the following document types: Affidavit of Bachelorhood, Affidavit of Birth, Affidavit of Correction, Affidavit of Identity, Affidavit of Spinsterhood, Conveyances, Crown Grant, Mortgage, and Satisfaction of Mortgage through our new Civil Registry Operations System (CROS). Certified copies of these document types recorded after June 2025 can be ordered online through the CROS system.
Fulfillment of orders for certified copies recorded prior to June 2025 and submissions of all document types for recording, which are not currently processed through CROS, can be requested online by clicking the APPLY NOW button. These will be processed by the department.
